How fast is payment for apps taken? I have spent just under £20 in the last seven days, but no money has been debited (or held) from my card (Visa Debit).
It also says my last purchase was on the 20th, but clicking 'purchase history' shows everything I have purchased correctly.
I assumed payments were immediate rather than run in batches a few times a month?
Also, a friend of mine gets an email receipt every time an app is downloaded (even if the app is free), but I can't find a way of turning these notifications on? My email address is correctly entered.

This is how apple do their billing as it saves them money if they only charge cards every so many days for small purchases0

I've just had my bank account emptied by various Itunes purchases that were most definitely not made by myself. The bank have only suggested I cancel the card and not advised if I can be refunded. Itunes customer services are incredibly elusive. Does anyone else have experience of this? Can I also suggest that you are careful linking your bank card to an Itunes account. What a lovely Easter holidays my Son and I are going to have thanks to some cheating low life.... Gutted...Toxic & Tired - Starting 2010 afresh :beer:0

Do you know how someone would have acquired your credit card details?
Are you sure your son knows nothing about it?
You wouldn't be the first person on here whose kid had inadvertently ran up a huge bill on iTunes.0
