I'd have eyed up her stuff too and if something was your size, while she wasn't looking, I'd have snatched it. Not like she'd notice it missing.

Looks like all that us honest people can do is get jobs and work every hour god sends and pay full whack, and let those tax evaders clear out the sale bargains for their car boots and Ebay.

Has anyone else had this experience?

I placed an order, had an email confirming the order, then a 2nd email confirming despatch. Nothing has been delivered, so I phoned customer services. They can see the details on their screen, but the package simply doesn't exist. Their despatch dept claims it never reached them, and it has disappeared into thin air. And they have no way of tracking it, which is ridiculous,and all the items are out of stock.

My only option is to accept a refund. What's the best address to write to?

Have had several similar experiences with M & S when ordering Sale items in particular. They accept and in some cases confirm the order, then the out of stock emails seem to come along in dribs and drabs sometimes for everything I ordered........... Still usually worth a try when they have their final reductions as you do get the odd thing! Very annoying though!

My last M&S web order didn't arrive as they sent it to a non-existant address. Eventually ....it took a while.... but they resent and gave me a £10 voucher.

my m&s sale order arrived today think some of it is going back. Went into the oxford store yesterday and there isnt a sale item in site now!!!! They had a rail withall the salke stuff on but that has gone too now was very disappointed like to pick a bargain or two up!!!!

Just done another online order as lots of womens stuff seems to have come back in or now available in colours or sizes I want.

Definitely worth rechecking histories etc even if it says product unavailable in history click on it as it may be back!

I managed to get a few things for £5 each and a couple of £3 kids things.

If anyone is looking for anything in particular let me know and I will try and put down some codes, but it takes ages and not sure if anyone is still sad like me and following these M & S bargains still!
