Help needed please,should I be on the new rules???

So im pretty sure it should be a new case from 2008,hence the new rules. Do i have a case???

Have you been in contact with the CSA to see what they have to say about the issue/s you raise?

If yes, what was their response?

If no, why not?

we are in the process of it all as we talk,lets just say they have not been over helpful so far!!
