I have recently sent a three page letter of complaint to Axa about this policy and the lack of information I received on it concerning changes to the policy, risk assessment and charges - they replied with a letter saying they would look into my complaint and would reply 8 weeks later - and gave me some info on the ombudsman. I will be taking this further because it is a poor poor policy and I want my money back - the swindlers.

Don't go in with it with a high expectation. The FOS will look at the advice you were given with the policy and if you didnt seek advice and bought it through an advert then you have nothing to complain about. You cannot complain about poor performance.

AXA were fined and had to refund a number of plans taken out between certain dates due to misadverting but that only covered a short period of time.
