Yay congratulaions!! Course you can plan, just bear in mind things might change still in the next 2 years. I would still do the scrap booking etc so you can see if your ideas change or not.
You coould do save the date cards although I might be cautious of that - what if you fall in love with a venue and they can only offer the week after?
