Advise on Appeals Tribunal

Similar happened to us, we had Tribunal hearing date, but 3 days before hearing received letter from Tribunal stating that as CSA had not supplied the requested documentation, the hearing was to be adjourned. 5 months on, the CSA have supplied snippets of their 'evidence', but still no hearing date, we got letter stating that due to high number of appeals our hearing will not be heard before July that will be exactly 18 months after we first appealed the deision.
With regard to Ajax we also had similar situation, NRP took us to Tribunal in 2005 on grounds of 'income inconsistent with declared earnings', she lost her case, but then she enlisted Criminal Compliance who have made massive errors in our case, and cherry picked certain figures. So, I would strongly advise, if you have joint accounts get them closed asap, make sure all NRPP money is in their name only, otherwise CSA can and will look and potentially freeze any joint accounts, they now have power to remove monies from joint accounts. Also a thought, if you have a flashy car, make sure that the NRPP is sole owner, or maybe think who might like to buy it
, all legal of course. 0 -
More evidence arrived today and it just shows how the tribunal service knows what constitutes evidence and what is not relevant to the tribunal.
Basically a letter of my complaint against the appeals service in Blackpool about data protection issues0 -

have you been told by the tribunal you've won, or is it an assumption on your part.
bear in mind that CSA staff can strike down ( over rule ) a court order for maintenance etc, I wouldn't be surprised if they can just ignore a judges orders
I work for a barrister who told me that i should be asking for a deadline from the tribunal's service as they are acting unfairly against me he also felt that the case should be thrown out in my favour but yes its an assumption based on fairness .
I know they can control magistrates in that they are not aloud to question assessments but didnt think they could overule a district or circuit judge they have to be answerable to somebody.I only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -
What is the whole issue about?0
