Advise on Appeals Tribunal

I received my appeal papers today and was wondering if it would be quicker not attending the tribunal or appearing at the tribunal .
My evidence is clear cut and wondered if them doing the appeal without arranging me being there would be quicker as the earliest they can do one is June
Any feedback appreciated

I would always go as questions they have on the day can't be answered and it could be twisted. Go, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.0

Oh well roll on June
I will hand in all my evidence (that the appeals unit ommited to send ) on Monday as they are round the corner from my work .I will pass them the original documents to copy
:)
Thanks Kelloggs0 -
Please do not hand anyone original documents to copy, unless you have copies yourself, I know from experience.
We have previously been to Tribunal, I agree with kelloggs, no matter what, I advise you attend, to clear up any queries, that might be thrown in by other party0 -
True
Should be a good laugh watching her squirm out of that one as it was all instigated by her greed .
It's only 3 more months to get shafted by CSA and the PWC .Will see is she has the ability to pay them the money back .:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
hi all hope can get some help on here (sorry but dont know how to start new thread not quite so good on here yet!!) basically i have been living with my partner for 8 years have always complied with csa his assesments have always been nil as he doesnt work (because we refuse to let her have another penny (believe me this women had enough maintenance out their joint accounts for a lifetime like 50 k we're talking here!) I support him from my earnings and we have no mortgage as they both recieved 145k from the sale of their marital home, my OH bought a modest ex council home outright she however had to have showpalace so is struggling with payments which it now seems she wants us to pay for. Dont get me wrong the kids dont suffer because of nil assesment as i am always buying them stuff and they have had cars etc when they got 17 and youngest gets his school trips and any uniform or clothes he wants just wont give her cash. anyway because its my money and OH doesnt work as i said his assesment is nil ex is unhappy with this and applied for departure on grounds of lifestyle inconsistent with income, again csa ruled in our favour because ive proven i earn enough to keep us ,plus got 70k for selling my place when moved in with OH but ex still not happy now appealing and trying for tribunal have no idea how this works can they take the house into consideration and can they freeze our joint bank account which has my cash in!! Very worried any advice greatly appreciated as now very tired of whole thing and putting big strain on our relationship.0

Sorry should have posted on here
Personally deliverd my appeal papers today to the tribunal service with all the evidence and spoke to a helpfull person .Explained my situation and she was going to mark it as urgent due to the CSA being ana*l and not using common sense and causing me grief from my employer with having a DEO0 -
Received a letter from the tribunal service attached with it is further evidence (that i had already supplied them ) but the appeals service in Preston forgot to add in .
Is there hope this will get looked at soon0 -

I have been waiting for a hearing date since july last year . the tribunal service has been waiting for the csa's evidence for 3 months it would appear they cant argue with entries on there own data bases which i forwarded as my evidence. The judge gave them six weeks to respond but as yet no responsel, it would appear i have won seeing as they have broken the law by failing to submit evidenceI only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -
Steve,
have you been told by the tribunal you've won, or is it an assumption on your part.
bear in mind that CSA staff can strike down ( over rule ) a court order for maintenance etc, I wouldn't be surprised if they can just ignore a judges orders:beer: I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex
I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )0
