Babyworld/Leebruss issues

I'm hoping someone can help me with the issues i'm having with babyworld regarding my twin pram.

Last February my gran bought me a Leebruss Zoom twin Tandem pram from Babyworld.com costing £540. Literally from 4 weeks using it we started having issues with the wheels jamming and bending. I contacted Babyworld to let them know about the issue and sent the pram in to be repaired. 2 weeks later we recieved the pram back fixed and working well. However 6 months later the wheels started jamming and bending again especially when leaving the kirb literally leaving us stuck on the middle of the road. Again we contacted babyworld who organised a repair and again it was sent in and returned just over a week later this time though with only half the problem being fixed and the major issue of the wheels remaining the same. I contacted babyworld once again explaining that the issue was still unresolved and would prefer a replacement chassis rather than having the chassis repaired and it breaking again in the next few months. (my warrenty ran out on the 26th of this month) The person we are dealing with has explained that the company who sold our pram to babyworld have gone into administration and the company that took over are no longer reapiring prams for the UK as of 3 days ago. He assured me that he had a team looking for a new chassis from other sources in the UK and another team trying to contact the takeover company to convince them to repare the pram for me. (even though I have told him I no longer want it repaired and would prefer a new chassis) Yesterday babyworld called to say they have found a Chassis to replace mine with and that they are unsure if it is new or a second hand one requiring repare. They suspect it is second hand and will be sending this Chassis for repare and sending me this to replace mine. I am not happy with having to accept a second hand chassis as I paid a lot of money for my pram brand new and feel I am being fobbed off with this option. What are my rights? Do I have to accept a second hand repared chassis? Can I ask for my money back? I'm so upset about this and even more that I can't literally leave the house with my twins without a pram. Can please someone help me.

Thanks Sarah
