Estate Agents - when sale agreed what paperwork is sent out?

I am a bit rusty on this but when a sale had been agreed what is the normal paperwork sent out, by who, to who?

One bit I want to know is will I be given the buyers details like the address and phone number and anything else?

What if the buyers want to call me or if I want to call them. Am I allowed or must it all go through the EA?

    You should get a letter from your EA confirming details of the sale and contact details for the parties involved. Yes, you can talk to your buyers if you want and vice versa. Building up a good relationship with them means that you can go direct to iron out any issues. Sometimes solicitors or EAs don't know or cannot tell you the whole picture, so going direct in I guess extreme circumstances is fine.
