glitch @ Tesco on Seriously Strong Cheddar buy 1 get 3 free

Had the same problem at the Gillingham Tesco today. Checked my receipt in the car and no bogof. So sent hubby back to customer services and the sa took him to the shelf and told him there was no offer. So got home and phoned tesco.com. They had to phone the store to tell them about the offer and I have to go back again tomorrow to get my refund.
Thanks for the double the difference tip as I would not have known that.

That was jammy ringing tesco.com lol. I was wondering if my store has taken the offer notices down so that they didn't have to fork out the DTD...they probably had.

I think they probably just forgot to put the bogof sign up but I had checked what offers they had on .com before I went, haha. I always do that as I had my three little terrors, oops children with me. lol.
