Sorry I had no control over the bank removing the money from the account. I have an accepted risk with you using my account as do you. The risk runs both ways. I can't give you the money now as I really don't have it. As we have discovered already my account isn't safe to use any more as the bank considers all monies mine to use if required.
I suggest that you stop using my account and I will give you the money ASAP. I do resent the tone you have contacted me with for a matter out with my full control. Please don't let this sour things between us and settle it amicably.
If he gets even nastier with that then point out that using your account could be considered fraud and that could then get official and nasty. He is after all using someone elses financial information online an dthe sites he accesses will be logging his PCs IP address not yours. Therefore very easy to check for anyone who investigates it.
Good Luck
PS If he is such an !!!!! I hope your friend is OK being with him. It might point something out to her that is best found out now sooner rather than later.New PV club member. 3.99kW system. Solar Edge with 14 x 285W JA Solar panels. 55° West from south and 35° pitch.0 -
I'm guessing he is playing online poker or something similar.... all gambling sites allow one account per customer, and often times only 1 account per address. I would guess he is using your banking details so that he can have more than one account and gain some kind of advantage... fine until he gets caught I suppose.
I didn't think of that, 4-6 people playing, would you mean your odds of winning are sort of doubled, if you are 2 of the players in a table.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

More than doubled, especially on smaller tables, the psychological advantage that you could take advantage of is great, plus you stand a good chance of having stronger positions on the table (depending on dealing order).0 -

Yep, a bit advantage at poker...... although most of the major sites have very high detection rates for this type of scam, some of the smaller ones are not as secure though.
Also, the above poster makes a good point regarding money laundering.................. I would not share my bank details with anyone, apart from possibly close family in an emergency.0 -
Not a good friend to have imo!
I would never let anyone use my bank, my DH dont even have my details let alone use it!

He probably already has accounts for his DP.0 -
If he has three accounts available to him at a poker table then there's real potential for him to just be ripping off one player at a time.
As for detection, I'm aware that they have a lot of systems in place, but I have to wonder just how good they can be. Obviously requires seperate internet connections, maybe one through a mobile (linked to one of the accounts, internet to another) etc. Then I suppose seeing the same people sitting at the same table every time could be suspicious too.
Interesting stuff, and I guess illegal too, as just about every other possible use I can think of of not wanting to use my own bank account.
Why on earth did you let not even a friend, but a boyfriend of a friend have your bank account details?0
