I've started down the road of using Claims Advisory Group, now I want out

Out of the blue, about 3 weeks ago, a company called Claims Advisory group called me. They claimed to be part of Baines & Ernst, who I used as a debt management company some years ago.
They said they could claim back PPI on one of my loans, on a no win no fee basis.
They sent a pack, which I filled in (some parts were already filled in, as Baines & Ernst obviously had my old account numbers etc) and returned.
Now they keep calling me excessively to ask if I filled it in & returned it, and they're asking if I've filled in another form (to do with the Financial Ombudsman, which I haven't received yet).
Due to all these phone calls they're making me nervous, so I've done some research online and decided I don't think I want to use them anymore.
I'm terrified they're gonna try charge me a fee, even though they said no win no fee.
Help!

Hi There if they are asking you to fill out a form for FOS then they are planning on going the same route that you can do yourself easily with the information on this site.
My Opinion is cancel with them and do it for yourself and keep all of any money that is refunded to you.:mad:0
