A massive fry-up including fried bread, black pudding with a giant mug of tea with six sugars in it. ;)

Actually not a bad suggestion (not the sugars) protein keeps you feeling full without that bloated feeling, scrambled egg, bacon and fried toms for me most mornings and I'm maintaining weight loss atm:)
Thank you for this site Martin

Any healthy meal will combine Protein, complex carbs and some essential fats.

Something like porridge made with milk would have these or an egg on toast. Milk will have some protein, non sugar bran type cereals or porridge oats will have complex carbs and if you can, a glass of orange juice or another form of fruit will be great for one of your 5 a day providing you have enough juice or fruit to count!

Make sure any sweetened stuff you have is not too high in sugar, you'll likely feel hungry 20 mins later. Make sure the carbs you have are not refined, you'll likely be picking at the packet 30 mins later, make sure you have some protein and you may by pass the 11-snack feeling.
