Mitsubishi Finance & PPI

Just found OH order for Mitsubishi 4WD from April 04 and PPI wasn't shown on the order form, just amount, less deposit, registration fee & vat etc which was signed on 28.4.04. Paperwork for the credit agreement was signed when the vehicle was collected and the figures given at the time of the order included PPi. £1155.17 + £242.59 charge for credit + 10.1%apr.

Settled early & cleared in OCT 2006 & £463.82 was deducted from outstanding amount, don't know if any of this was PPI

Are we able to claim back any of the PPI and are there any template letters for refunds from a garage?

Sorry, I'm sure I've seen something on here somewhere...just can't remember where.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Hi there

If this was mis sold for any reason then yes, give it a go.

Guidelines of reclaiming as you do with any insurance on this link here:

You write to the ones who set this up for you.
    Good luck.
