help wanted re xmas bonus

hiya,am hoping someone can help me,for first time ever i received the £10 xmas bonus,was i entitled to it?
i receive is with disability premium have done for at least last 10 yrs
dla hrm and have done for last 5yrs.
i phoned the dla at the time and they said i was entitled to it,so i quieried why i had never received before,woman said she would look into it and phone me back after xmas,she did phone and said something about sending me a form to fill in.
i never received one so phoned back two weeks ago,now they are saying nothing to do with them and to phone is.
i did this straight away,they said nothing to do with them and to phone dla!! help who do i contact?
also the £60one off goverment cold weather payment paid out last year,was i entitled to it,as again never got mine.
i hate using the phone to people i dont know as i am profoundly deaf,and struggle with people who dont have same accent as me,so would be grateful if someone can tell me if i am entitled to these payments and who do i phone,getting very frustrated at being given the runaround

You are entitled to the £10 bonus as you get DLA. I am sorry but I am unsure who actually pays it. I am pretty sure it is DLA.

there is a pecking order so to speak but unfortuntley I have just come off work on holiday so unable to check, i am sure DLA takes president over IS

found this, I am sure the listing is the order that it is paid. Looks like it should be DLA

is and dis prem alone dont give you the xmas bonus alone but dla does so its dla who should pay it im on dla and incap and incap pay mine because it is a higher ranking benefit than dla. this is what they told me anyway.

My neighbour is on Incapicity benefit she got the £60 one off cold weather. I believe DLA should be paying that £10 bonus but of course everything seems to be changing lately one never know whether ones coming or going and whats entitled and what not.

There was an one off £60 bonus last year and that was what it was a bonus and nothing at all to do with cold weather.

Cold weather payments are for people on means tested benefits and if you have children.

right,so i should have been given £10 bonus every year,will phone dla on mon,see if can get them to pay backdated,
£60 one off bonus paid last year,should i have received it?
i cannot understand why if its paid automatically,why i am not receiving

you need to phone dla as they are the paying benefit

woo hoo!!! finally got my backdated xmas bonus,no apology or explanation as to why i have never had it.
still trying to find out who paid out the £60 bonus last year,as again never got it.
if anyone knows who it was that paid it out can you let me know,tia
