SB: A great freebie for Small Businesses I spotted

I have come across a freebie from Ecademy, that seems to be directed at its members when you log into Ecademy - but the offer page can be accessed by everyone...so I guess it's open to all...
see www.businessmax.co.uk/ecademy
It is a freebie that gives 12 months free access to a service that prepares all sorts of small business legal agreements, I just used it for an employment agreement. Very good. Definately worth passing onto everyone.

Warning - you are signing up for a 3 yearsubscription (you will be invoiced after the first year) so it will cost around £600 plus VAT! Luckily I checked the subscription terms before proceeding...Even so, probably not a bad deal for a small business
Cottoned on to MSE end July06 - I have seen the light!!!
[blah blah blah} the thing is, if I'm so b***dy brilliant, why am I still broke?

Just be careful. They are only giving you a template, which you then tailor. They are not giving you legal advice nor are they responsible for anything that happens if you use the document. Read the disclaimer on the main site especially ...
"We will not have any liability to you at all if you use any document without obtaining appropriate legal advice as to its suitability for your particular requirements. Whatever advice you receive is the responsibility of the solicitor or other person advising you and we cannot in any way be responsible for it."

To quote from further down their t&c:
"You may at any time cancel your subscription after the free access period has expired provided that you have not used the Service after that date."
So a true freebee.0 -
thanks pjala.
however, there is always a risk with these things you have to actively cancel at some point in the future...or perhaps I'm just really disorganised!!!
