    I got a large Nestle cheerios box (2 actually) and opened them up flat. Glue the foil on, shiny side up and then make a fold underneath to sit the seed tray etc on. You now have the foil directly behind the seedlings to catch as much as possible of the reflected light. To make sure the card stays upright just secure with a little tape or place something heavy behind to keep propped up. Hope this helps!:D

    BTW you say your window is full. I placed my seed trays on the ironing board (much to the wife's disgust) as it's the perfect height. Remember to check the water also as it gets hot in the window in full sun! (probably don't need to tell you that, sorry if it sounds patronising)
