Sorry for the delay in responding. And thank you for your interest and concern. My cat's wheelchair arrived last week so I have been getting her to practise walking in it and she's doing well.

Here are some links regarding isolated incidents which may or may not be linked to the feeding of Orijen, you can read their owners' thoughts and I'll keep mine to myself. Feeding cats irradiated diets is documented in published studies as causing feline leucoencaphalomyelopathy - lesions and stripping of the myelin sheath in the central nervous system. What else might be going on is anyone's guess but our cats here are seriously affected moreso than the published studies cats seem to have been - HOWEVER laboratory cats would be younger and kept in a controlled environment so it's hard to make comparisons.
