Last year our insurer decided to cancell our home content insurance policy due to disagreements and issues are still outstanding. You can imagine no one would insurer us. However we did get insured by brocker at a crazy price. Our policy is now due for renewal and we now have 1 year non claim. Having searched on web site for a quote for this year, no one is able to provide us a quote due to cancellation. Is there anyone out there that can recommend any insurer / brocker that may insurer us this year. we can renew with our existion brocker - but the price is yet again crazy.

Try Bureau Insurance, they will be able to offer cover, it will be more expensive than a standard policy, but they will treat you fairly. As you gain a history with them, the premiums should reduce (Assuming you don't claim) http://www.bureauinsure.co.uk/0
