New 2 this.. Help anyone??

Anyone got any advice? .... Sorry long story!!

I have a joint account with Abbey/ Santander
I moved address in July 2007. I went into branch and informed them.
In Sept 2009 it came to light that part of their system had not been changed (After being given the run around) I finally got it changed,
Both our visa cards were due to expire 02/10
My husbands card arrived early jan and my card failed to arrive. I called them 2 weeks ago and they said it had been returned to them, then realised that my address for my cards(?) had not been changed.
They told me they would change it and re-issue my card.
Unhappy. I called the complaints dept and the guy Apologised, logged the complaint and gave me £50. Said I would hear within 5 days. My card would arrive within 10 postal days.
.. Go to garage and fill up with petrol.... card declined!
I ring up again, to find out why. Very rude woman wouldnt pass me on security questions .. (the very same security questions and answers that I had passed TWICE that day!) .. told me I had to call back!!!
ARGH!
I call complaints (pass exact same security questions!!). I was informed that with the 2nd card being sent back and the 3rd ordered, my current card would no longer be active!! (also complained bout the woman who had given me incredibly bad service!!!)
... 3 postal days .. Recieve letter confirming they had given me £50 and resolved my complaint!
...9 postal days later. No Card.
Called complaints again to chase. During a very frustrating 25minutes discovered that my new PIN (standard as my security had been breached) AND my new card had gone to my old address...... Despite talking to 3 people on 1 day who all said they had checked and ammended it! (......and not forgetting the 2 occaisions within the last 2yrs 7months since i moved!) UNBELIEVABLE....
Excalated to a level 2 complaint.
Anyway, within 2 days Ive been offered £200. Should I accept or go to the Ombudsman?????
........ Any suggestions of what I should do? ..... Please!!!!!!!!!!:o

Take the money. Unless you believe the Ombudsman, six months down the line will offer more, personally I don't.
