I can believe the amount of time you spent on the phone to these nightmare people. I spoke to them for hours on end all at my cost 0845 numbers from a mobile. The amount of money I spent on the phone trying to come to arrangements with them swallowed any spare cash I had which I could have paid off of my debt!!! Truly sympathise.0

Thank you so much for your reply, I have really ranted on I know but it has all got to me. They really cause unecessary stress and it should be dealt with by the ombudsman and better facilities should be put in place by HSBC.
I am sure these problems have had a huge impact on many people's health and someone should take responsibility for their inadequacies, it's really not acceptable.0
