I usually lurk on these forums but I had to post something here.
If the OP isnt a troll and they are being serious then I can't believe it but what really put the tin hat on it for me was when he worked out that a mustang will do 100 miles more on a tank than a corsa.
I gave up at that point
On that logic my boyfriend's 2,7l hyundai coupe will have a better MPG than my 1.3l ka..Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

When i brought the car between me buying it and its first service i could drive it the way i normally do, how is still drive it today and get a good 320 - 330, i once pushed it for 340. after its first service i barely get to 250. it didnt need a service or what they did, it had only done 7,000 miles on its first service, they replaced the oil with new sxi oil and done whatever else. they said that what they did wouldnt of changed anything and only would of improved the car. my driving style hasn't changed and i did do 2 weeks (full tank to empty) driving it as ecomonical as possible , and still got around 250.
I bought a new 06 corsa and had excatly the same problem, no one could explain it.
i chopped it in for 08 civic type rcar was 15grand borrowed 10 from the bank and im only 20 if cars are your thing do it. Have you tried natwest for the loan, cant remember exactly but i got a good apr with them.
