Hotel near PortAventura please...

...well, with 30 mins drive!

Been searching and now getting very tired!!

I'd like a room for 3 (me and my 2 boys 10 & 8), with a pool, near the beach would be nice but not essential.

Dates from Aug 2/3 to 5th.

Best reasonable price I can get is about £200 b&b.

Shout me back as soon as, I'd love to get it sorted before leaving on Friday night!!

Thanks a mil in advance,

hapless

We stayed at the Hotel Marina, 8 kms from Port Aventura. 20 to 50 metres from the beach.

As we were on a touring holiday, we were able to avoid nasty characterless tourist hotels.

Hotel Marina, Via Augusta 151, 43007 TARRAGONA

£45 per night or less, if there is availability.

If not, do a search for accommodation in Tarragona.

Try here , €70.8 (£48 ) each full board , step out of the hotel and your almost on a flat sandy beach and there's a bus stop nearby with buses running to and from Port Aventura until well into the early hours , the service to and from Salou runs 24 hours during summer , I'm not sure about the park bus but they run well after closing time.

If you do take the bus and stay for the night fiesta don't worry about the mad rush to dive on the first bus you see because as soon as one is full another pulls in behind it.
