life insurace that pays out after so many years???

im hoping to find a life insurace company that pays out an amount after so many years. i hav a female cancer insurance policy that pays out after 15 years. i also hav a life insurance with my bank that doesnt pay out.
i want to find 1 for my husband that pays out. years ago there ere some around but now i cant find any.
does any1 know of any good companys that do this?

    years ago there ere some around but now i cant find any.

    Thats because they are obsolete. They were expensive, not tax efficient and due to a number of reasons they failed in their objectives in the later years.
    does any1 know of any good companys that do this?

    There are hardly any companies retailing endomwents any more.

    Its cheaper, more tax efficient and better to separate the investments into a Stocks and shares ISA and the life assurance into a level or decreasing term assurance.

    You will be advised against combining savings and insurance on here.
    If you want insurance then get insruance, if you want savings then save.
    But the products where they are combined are generally not good value.
