Has anyone else had issues with Madisons Eastage Agents in Isleworth??

Hi, I have been having major issues with Madisons. They are my letting agents, and my rent is always over a month late, eventhough I know for a fact my tennants pay on time in cash. Cheques have bounced and they never return my phone calls, these are just some of the issues.
I just wanted to know if anyone else was having similar issues.

If they are a limited company, take a look at their trading history on the web check service of companies house to see if their accounts are overdue, or the company is in administration, etc.
To be honest, I couldn't identify them very clearly (there are lots of similarly named companies). There was a company of that name based in Hounslow but trading at that address (according to the Checksure website) that went into liquidation but this seems to have been at least 3 years ago.
Some companies tend to have franchises, or an entirely new business re-uses a formerly dissolved company's name, change their trading name or re-emerge as a phoenix companies (same company directors and assets, different name) so it can be hard to distinguish between them.
Time you found yourself a reliable agent, one who belongs to a professional body such as ARLA who have indemnity insurance and who ring fence client money from the business to protect it in the case of business failure.
