Any idea if I can just call into my local Post Office to withdraw money from my First Direct account??
It's a lot closer than the nearest ATM.

No, you can only withdraw from the following current accounts at a Post Office:
Alliance & Leicester, Bank of Ireland, Bank of Scotland, Barclays, cahoot, Clydesdale Bank, Halifax, Nationwide Building Society, Lloyds TSB, Northern Bank, smile, The Co-operative Bank
(Also many basic accounts as well.)
