Crystal Canvas - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Hello all,

Just a warning to never use the canvas photo company Crystal Canvas.


They are registered as Maxtive Ltd and do not provide a telephone number.

They rarely respond to emails and have ruined my relative's 40th birthday by delivering the canvas photo picture I ordered really late, despite promises on their website that they deliver within 5 working days.

They are rude unhelpful, expensive and unprofessional

I have just used this company and the service has been excellent.
they have emailed me regularly to send me images of the finished product.
i couldnt fault them.sorry for your experience.
perhaps they have read your blog and got their act together.
i wanted a huge print on canvas and they showed me how bad it would look because of the pixels.
they then offered to make it into a water colour free of charge.
they then deleted everything out of the background that i requested.

I used this company two years ago for a huge three-canvas picture from our honeymoon. The product and the service was absolutely exceptional, and I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

I can only think the poor 'result' could have been due to late ordering - this is a lengthy process, given the quality of the framing, and possibly due to a low-resolution image which they may perhaps have tried to improve. They were half the price on my job than anywhere else.

I'm sure that if they were approached with courtesy, one would receive a courteous response. Most people do.
