Hi. Have had letter from court with banks request to have reclaiming of charges case struck out and have 7 days to respond.
If I give up now would I be able to come back in future with new case if the revised reclaiming strategy subsequently proves a winner? Thanks

You could with new/additional charges, but if you allow the case to be struck out no then no you cant return with a new claim for the same charges at a later date, additionally you will be unable to take those charges to the ombudsman.LegalBeagles0
