Gas & Electric annual kWh/price confusion

Can a seasoned MSE help me out with this one please, I've been driving myself bonkers with it all morning and am sure the answer is staring me in the face?

My current EON deal ends next month so I've started looking around for a good deal, I'm currently on EnergyOnline ExtraSaver v11 with Standing Charge for G&E.

My annual kWh usage for Gas: 2070 and Electric: 3929

The problem I'm having is that when I put these annual usage figures into a comparison site (and have tried a couple!), they calculate that my annual spend for dual fuel is £565-ish.

My actual annual spend is closer to £1070, at least that's what I paid last year.

Where am I going wrong?

2070 kWh of gas p.a. is very low.

Is the 2070 actually the units as measured on the meter? If so, that won't be kWh. You'll need to convert to kWh.
