NOOOOO! not all XD cards are the same any more they used to be.
Olympus cards in olympus cameras give the added function that you can use the software that comes with the camera to shoot panoramic shots without having to get any other software to create them that usually costs money.
There are also 3 diferent standards now of XD card the older ones and 2 newer ones H and M versions the H are high speed the M are the normal ones if your using a 4mp or higher camera I would recomend the H version. As your camera is a fuji then it doesnt matter which maker you buy but try and get the H version ona 6mp camera you ill be able to take a 2nd shot sooner as it will finish writing to the card quicker.
Price diferences are minimal0 -
Thanks for that will look for a H version then, any ideas of the cheapest place for them.0

I get mine from : https://www.mymemory.co.uk
If you use Quidco.com you can get 7.5% back
For the camera you can get another 5% off using Quidco.
If you work for the NHS you can also claim another 5% off using the code NHSDISC6934 (posted bY RACHIE77)
Hope this helps0 -
