Getting deposit back

I am with an agency and was wondering what they will be like when i move and ask for deposit back, there is wear and tear in the flat but do you think they will likley be funny about things and basically use up all the deposit, i know its impossible to say, anyone got any stories?

  • When you leave then take photos and also ask for the inspection to be done in front of you and handover keys at the same time maybe ??

I think this varies from agency to agancy as to how fair they are
