    should be all the customers getting a bonus for keeping them in business with all the charges they apply for the stupidest things now.

    Is it my imagination...or is it that since the start of the recession, the publicly helped banking organisations seem to be having alot of IT issues with Online Banking etc etc. This smacks of companies firing lots of people because of the recession (for instance the IT people that keep the whole process going) but keeping the fat cats instead?

    I think it has more to do with Governments' inability to do anything IT related properly

    Which is one of the reasons I have never applied for any IT contracts within the public sector ;)

    Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.

  • I managed to log in about 10 mins ago, made all the transfers I needed to do and logged out. Won't let me log back in now though, must of been pot luck!
