Can i Cancel blinds

I have ordered some blinds with Hilarys and i think i have ripped off i thought they had a half price sale that applied to everything in January that was extended to part of Feb, my appointment was made during the sale period but was made for a day after sale had finished ,i did say will sale prices still apply they said yes.

Anyway they came i said the sale prices are still vaild and they said yes we always have sales on.

But can anyone remember if it was a 50% sale off everything in January as i know i have just been given 30% or 20% off some of the Blinds .

im sure i read 50% off everything,i just need someone to say that is true and can i cancel ?

Can i add i still have a visit booked for accurate measurements next week so they can not have gone into maufacture yet.

Can i cancel the cheque ui have checked it has not cleared yet or is that not allowed?

the price they quote includes the discount, and is the price you agreed pay - to have paid a deposit, you were obviously happy with their quotation, so why worry now?

you may have a getout, as a i assume they came to your house, and you signed their agreement there, which would give you a cooling off period. however, how long has it been between you accepting their quote and now?

Hi,

have a look here, and click on 'Hillarys January sale' in first paragraph, says 'up to 50% on selected made to measure', so maybe yours didn't qualify.

It looks like you fell for the UP TO 50% OFF ALL BLINDS trick. Look at your paperwork to see if you have a cooling off period. I got my blinds from a supplier that did not do "sales". I paid half what my neighbour spent in the Hillarys sale for the same quality items.

Why? Did they charge you more than they said they were going to? Not sure how this is even possible if you paid by cheque...?
