I started a claim like many of you out there over 3 years ago. I went with a company who did it all on my behalf and got to the stage where my bank had sent them the 6 years worth of my bank statements. It was all then put on hold and i thought that was it until i read to still carry on trying to claim.
The company i was dealing with i think has gone out of business as i can't get hold of them at all.
What can i do? Does anyone have any advice please as to what i could do?
Please help

If the company has gone bust, and you want to continue to attempt to reclaim charges, the only alternative is to use another company or better still follow the guide here on MSE which explains in detail how you can attempt to reclaim bank charges for free (well almost) ... even if successful.
