A couple of tips when contacting PayPal...

Morning all
Had a big of a nightmare with Paypal lately with limitations on my account so have spent the best part of two weeks calling to get it sorted.
Firstly, instead of calling the more costly 0870 730 7191 number, 0208 605 3000 will get you through to the exact same place but for half the money! (Press 1 for Paypal when prompted!)
Secondly, as I had to ring back a few times, and was getting quite frustrated with the automated service you have to tediously go through for 10 minutes before you actually speak to a human.... the very helpful call centre guy (Ren!) told me that if you press the hash key (#) 10 times on getting through this will automatically transfer you to a real, live, human! (It works - I did it!)
