Commercial premises:
If I switch my provider to a new supplier and to a new Tennants name.
The twelve month contract is in place to commence the begining of next month. It includes a quaterly charge.
I am wary incase:
My present supplier either refuses to release me or the new Tennant backs out with the Tennancy agreement within 19 days.
Am I able to stay with my original supplier??
Will either of us incur any costs.
Will the quaterly charge still have to be paid ??
