Do I need a Part P?

Just coming to end of bathroom renovation and wanted to check:

Started with very large ensuite - converted into smaller ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Originally there was one ceiling light - now there are two - one in each half. Do I need a Part P for this?

thanks

Since Part P covers alterations and extensions in 'special locations' (of which a room containing a bath or shower is one), then the answer is yes.
