Best Washing Machine for Old Person?

My Mum's 21 year old Hoover washing machine has finally given up the ghost. She is 90 and with very poor eyesight, I'm trying to find her something that is:
1) simple to operate, no multiple buttons or digital displays, clearly marked control panel. This factor is crucial due to her eyesight.
2) fast spin, 1200rpm or better (she has no tumble drier).
3) minimal programs, she'll only use a couple.
4) reliable and better than standard warranty, say 2 years.
5) Budget about £350.
The one I'm leaning towards is the Bosch WAA24171GB, does anyone have any experience of this, or can anyone recommend anything else please?
Would consider a Hotpoint, definitely not a Candy or Beko.

No free lunch, and no free laptop

Have just had same problem with my 88 year old father.
Needed an intuitive but good machine as he has short term memory problems.
Ended up buying a Hotpoint. It does NOT have a digital display, has a 1400 rpm, enough progs, a capacity of I think 7Kg (certainly above average) and was a special purchase at Currys a couple of weeks ago for the amazing price of £270 or thereabouts. Can't remember the exact model number but will check tomorrow and post back if it will help.
It seems to be doing the job, he has used it just fine for a couple of weeks.
Hope that helps.:)0 -

Not really a fair swap :rotfl:
On a seriuos note my dad bought a 'gorgene' machine. The local retailer (who sells, servicies and repairs them, and all other brands) says they are well built and relaible- just like some others used to bebaldly going on...0
