are you saying that McDonalds said to you that when you get that message it means you should have got one saying you have won?

I had many errors in the same hour - they can't all have been wins can they? kept trying until it said I hadn't won - seems to me they made a right hash of it!

I'm glad you just said that. I didn't think it was very likely I had won...but when I saw that message I was ready to get angry the error messages were due to powercuts and the sever being too busy their end when I queried it early on in the comp.

I had the same errors and when i looked it was because it had defaulted to the code that I had put in previously, HTH

Do you get a ticket every time you purchase something ie is it one ticket per item or one per meal? I bought some mozarella fingers and a milkshake today - got a ticket on the milkshake butnothhing with the mozz fingers - also are all tickets instant wins as mine just said that it was fleet street and had an online code at the bottom (which i can't get to enter cos the site keeps crashing)

Well I have did get a instant win of £10 off a £25 spend at eastoes.com, best wi so far, also keep all those park lanes you get and all dupes as get four of oe colour and you can cash in for more free food, my whole office have one game card as we travel all over the county, still no sets but we are seeing patterns that certain stickers appear alot more often in different regions across the UK

Potentially, yes. It means the claim was entered at the pre-determined winning moment for that hour but the system is failing to pick any winner for that moment and giving everyone the same error message, so no prizes are being distributed. That was the gist of what she said, although it raises more questions than it answers - i.e. how on earth are they planning to fairly distribute the prizes among all those people who got the error message.

Eh 4 colours for free food??

I chucked mine after using code and finding that they wasnt unique anyway grrrr
