I just wanted to do this to see the reaction:

If you'd had the product support you'd have got a loan, and not had any of this problem.

Good Lord, I sound like my boss.... :p

I had a problem with my TV after only 6 months, also from Curry's. The salesperson told me that I would 'have' to have it repaired and that I would have to wait for the engineer to come out to see it at the store, she quoted a wait time of about 3 weeks. Well I had already spoken to the engineer over the phone who told me that it sounded (his exact words!!) 'totally b*ggered' I relayed this to the salesperson who started to witter on about 'the right to repair it' I calmly asked to see the manager to 'Discuss my rights under the SoGA for a replacement as it would 'cause' undue inconvenice to wait for a repair' She disappeared and about 10 mins returned and asked me to chose a replacement! So they can do it!!
:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:

I take it you have assignment sheets that show due dates, I know I have (course booklet has due dates) Would they be enough with a copy of your schedule for work?
