i just wanted to say how sorry i am for you to be going through all this i cant imagine how you must feel but we are all here to help and support you as much as we can.
well done on still trying to pay even a token amount such as £1 shows you are willing and trying to pay your debts and if it were ever to go to court ive heard the courts are much more understanding if you have showen you are trying to pay back what you can afford

    take care

Fatbelly, i'd do ANYTHING to go for a DRO, but I started a pension when I was working last year and I have built up just under £450 so I can't.....gutted does not even describe it!! But i'm waiting for April incase this limit is reviewed

OK, you may well get some good news then. I'm expecting small pension pots to be excluded soon. When the DRO guidelines were being set up people pointed out that the £300 asset limit ruled out pretty much anyone with a roadworthy car. So they excluded cars under £1000. If we had seen the issue with pensions coming I think we could have got a similar exclusion for them.

I think you're right to stick with token offers for the next couple of months. It's unlikely that you will face any court claim. But should that happen, we'll talk you through the process. So don't worry about that side of things.
  • Thanks so much Missy xx means alot x

Fatbelly, thanks a million! Honestly, you have just made my day!! How soon is soon do you think? If this happened, it would makes things SO much easier and free myself of a huge worry!

I'm really touched by the support on here...i really feel I can fight all this and sort it out with all the support here
