Further to my other posts.
I got in touch with local paper, News and Star, Told them the story and guess what?? A Mr. Peter Halpert called this week to discuss the "PCN!!!"
I ponted out that it was infact an invoice, but he wouldnt have that. Turns out he is "only trying to help us" and wants us to appeal, again.
Rossendales Collect have been called off for two weeks. This company WILL NOT ACCEPT any of the law that is mentioned on here, and actually go on to intimate that they invoice people as a matter of fact as "there is too much abuse of the blue badge system"
Will keep you all posted.

Cheers for the support peeps, didnt record call, oops, BUT as this guy has spoke to a reporter who is, or at least seems, supporting the "case" and from what i can gather made a complete !!!! of himself i think on this occassion its not a big issue. One thing that did amuse me was the fact that when i questioned CCM bod closely about signage and distances he said it wasnt his dept and gave me the owners mobile number..... In time a call will be made. Oh and as for the DDA..... meltdown haha
