Any update on this? This you get any joy with the "recorded messages". Highly unlikely the calls actually were recorded.

Have you made a formal complaint about not receiving the letter with amended bank account details? Copy to your MP too.

Hello again! You will never believe it............................. they've recovered the money and will pay it to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh the joy! We still havn't had it but they say it's coming so everything is crossed! How ace, I can sleep again! Thanks to everybody, well nearly everybody, the comments were a real help. Good news, but 6 weeks & you still haven't received it. Hope you get it soon & that it hasn't caused you to lose money for bank charges etc.

I'm in a similar position having just realised that we havent been paid for a number of years.

We were being paid it a number of years. Apparently they couldnt contact us so stopped payment. We moved a number of times over that period.

I thought the money was going into a different saving account rather than not being paid.

Any advice would be greatly received. We are still waiting to here back from them as to what they are going to do about it

The money was being saved for future education
