Room tenant

I have recently rented a room out of hour house. But the tennant in the room has recently began applying for loans and credit cards. If her financial status goes negative could this effect my own credit rating, considering we're at the same address?

No it shouldnt, as you are not financially linked (ie maried) to that person AFAIK:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
