    Until we understand the issues behind the debt I am reluctant to state report her. I agree this is fraud, if you are in a position to sort sooner then do it, we don't know if it was to help the business of purely for her own gain.

    Unfortunately this is a very clear case of a leapord not changing spots which is a shame after the trust which was placed in her. It was your husband who left her in charge are there any savings you can use to pay of some of the debt? Are current payments being made on loans / cards? You say you live with her is that in her own property which can be sold / remortgaged.

    I think if you answer some of the extra questions with more detail much more info will come forward.
