virus Heur:Trojan.Script.Iframer blocking the site

I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and it finds the virus Heur :Trojan.Script.Iframer and is blocking the site when I was loading the site.

Get in touch with the experts there, may be an infected site- Can you quarantine or delete it?
