does anyone (*cough* Linda *cough*) have any advice on "poofing" the bottom bit of a dress out??? One dress I am looking at is very similar to the hollywood dreams one i have fallen in love with, but the hollywood dreams one is really really big on the bottom. if i was to buy a dress like http://www.weddingmagazine.co.uk/imageBank/k/KISS-009crop.jpg is it possible to make it "!!!!!!" out lots??? A big hoop?? 2 or 3 hoops? or is it possible to add an extra layer of net to make it go out more?Debt Free Wannabe by 1 January 2016

There is a host of ways that winter sparkle can be carried through your decor scheme to your cake that I saved this for last. One of my top favorites for shimmer is blinging the wedding cake! From a sugared cake utilizing Confectioners Sugar size AA over buttercream, to edible shimmer luster that can be applied to fondant for amazing shimmer factor, a sparkly cake starts with a sparkling base coat.
hope that helps0 -
