Love the new underwear Frannyann! I was just about to suggest primark for snug fit knicks, I have quite a few shortie things from there that are snug enough and low slung, I think I'm a bit bigger than you.

I have an odd query - does anywhere do nice shirts that have a tie printed on them, OH and my dad had a big discussion about how irritating ties are and how restricted they feel, I don't want awkward looking pics so I was just looking at other options and this is the only thing I could come up with, unless I get like 'striptease' type shots of jackets, waistcoats and ties coming off, striptease is probably the wrong word to be using! If they did wear them then I feel like I might get BZ on my day and insist on them putting them on for the evening guests, which wont go down well. Any thoughts?

    Lexxi, what about a compromise?

They wear the ties for the ceremony and the officla pics afterwards (if you're having them!) and then they can loosen them and by the time the evening comes, they can rip them off and burn them? lol

I don't think printed tops with ties would look too good for a wedding ~ surely they can wear them just for you for one day for a few hours? x

I don't think they will, my dad wont certainly, I think they'll be off straight after the ceremony before any pics. There is one shirt which looks ok, but doesn't look like a formal shirt all the rest are t shirts. I don't suppose they'd print anything on a formal shirt though lol.

rather than a normal tie whey not have the rouche(sp?) tie, they are not as restricitve!

my dad was not going to wear a full kilt outfit but just the ghillie shirt which i was ok with at first but then i decided as all the others were wearing the full thing then he would so i put my foot down! Just tell them its for one day and they wil just have to deal with it ;)

What about the DJ look with the shirt collar open and an untied bow tie around their necks, very George Clooney sexy!

Clip on ties? It's only for a few hours anyway, tell them to man up! ;)

    Another 'find me' request!

I've just fallen in love with the Maggie Sottero Adelaide dress in diamond white - size 10. I've got the shop down to £725 - will need to buy a veil etc too. Can anyone find it from somewhere reliable and reputable(!) cheaper???

    Thanks thanks! :j
