does anyone know whether you can keep a Nationwide flexaccount card if you go and reside abroad. it seems to be the only account that offers free withdrawal for foreign money? thanks in advance

  • I can't see why not. Is your salary paid into the account? It may be worthwhile giving them a call as an anonymous caller. If you need to reside in the UK or have a UK address for statements you could always use a relatives address.

I kept a Flexaccount running while I was an expat on 2 occasions for up to a couple of years in each case.

I can't remember, but I do remember they wanted you to have a UK address of some description.
