We have applied for a new rental house and are now in the process of sorting out who we need to give notice to (i.e. LA, Gas, Electricity, etc).
When will the Gas and Electricity board send the final bills? In our tenancy agreement, it says we need to show clear bills in order to get our deposit back.
Also, can anyone advise how much notice we have to give to get the TV License transferred?

The one thing that can be a pain is the number of organisations which you need to give a new address to.
I found this site to be very useful in remembering who to contact: http://www.iammoving.com/organisations/0 -
I moved properties last month and called all my utility companies the same day I moved out with my meter readings. British Gas gave me my final bill on the phone which I paid off straight away. Most send your bill out as soon as really, they all wary. But if you need it quickly I'm sure if you asked they may accomodate you.
TV license is easily done online and is instantaneousTurning our clutter to top up our house deposit: £3000/£303.05 we're on our way!0
